I am a graduate student in the Molecular and Cell Biology Department at UC Berkeley. I got your email address from my friend, Anaar Eastoak-Siletz, who worked with you at Gilead last year. I'm writing to see if you would be able to participate in a panel about "Career Options for Life Science PhDs" for our graduate students. Our department hosts a series of these panels each year - speakers share their personal experiences after graduate school and offer advice for students with similar career goals. For my peers and I, having these speakers is extremely inspiring and worthwile. We would be thrilled if you came! The series occurs on Wednesdays from 6-7:30 pm in the spring semester. The dates are as follows: 2/20/08, 3/5/08, 3/19/08, 4/9/08.  But we can be somewhat flexible if none of these dates work for you.
